Wollomombi Falls is one of the most famous waterfalls in Australia. It is commonly cited as being both the tallest waterfall in the country, as well as just a notable waterfall. The most commonly referenced height for the falls is 260 meters. This, however, only takes into account the final drop. The overall height of the falls, which include cascades in a narrow gorge above the vertical portion of the falls, is just over 1500 feet.
