Detailed Information:

This waterfall is likely in part responsible for the common mistake of nearby Panther Falls being labeled as being 600 feet tall. Panther Falls is widely touted as the 3rd tallest in Canada, when it is a) only 200 feet tall, and b) nowhere near 3rd tallest even if it was 600 feet. Anyway, the origin of the 600 foot figure probably stems from Bridal Veil Falls, which is located just downstream of Panther Falls. The final 3 tiers of the falls total around 600 feet, and even though it's stream is rather small, it is still rather impressive. However, when observed from further off, it's clear that there are about 900 feet of falls and cascades above the main part of the falls. They can't be seen as easily, but it's definitely worthy of note.
